Effect of organizational culture on supply chain integration and company performance

In this study, the effect of organizational culture on supply chain integration and firm performance is investigated in the context of environmental uncertainties, agile supply chain and the intermediary role of flexible supply chain. A model was developed that reveals the mediating role of environmental uncertainties in the impact of model design organizational culture on supply chain integration and the mediating role of agile and flexible supply chain in the effect of supply chain integration on firm efficiency, and the hypotheses have been tested with the structural equation model (SEM). Manufacturing companies in the Free Zone and Organized Industrial Zone in Mersin province constitute the universe of the study. A total of 238 questionnaires were applied in this study. As a result of the analysis, the effect of organizational culture on supply chain integration and the effect of environmental uncertainty on supply chain integration were found to be statistically significant. However, the effect of organizational culture on environmental uncertainty was found to be statistically insignificant. Finally, it was found that the intermediary role of supply chain flexibility and agility exists in the impact of supply chain integration on firm performance.
