Abstract (EN)

Organizational health is a holistic view of organizations which researchers isn?t give enough attention to this important approach. Organizational commitment is an identifying term of employees loyalty to their organization. Organizational commitment is a really important notion in terms of retaining human resources and obtaining the best in come from them.In this study we examine the relations between this two important term. Organizational health is quantifing two quantity; the employees job satisfaction and the organizational efficiency. There is a very poor literatural knowledge about the relationship between organizational health and organizational commitment.Outcomes of this study can summurize as in three important headlines. All dimensions of the organizational health are positively related with the normative dimension of organizational commitment. Also all dimensions of the organizational health are positively related with the attractive dimension of organizational commitment. But the there are not any relation between some dimensions of organizational health and continuinoty dimesion of organizational commitment. And there are weak relations between some of organizational health dimensions and continuinoty dimesion of organizational commitment.
