Using information technologies without for basic aim and employee motivation connection in organizations and a research

In our age, that requires being global, changing and development is unavoidable. Organizations have to stand and be together with they have to be better than the other organizations, take measures about the risks that in the environs, work to be more succesful.Today, using the knowledge doesn?t enough for organizations. Producing and sharing the knowledge is as important as using it. For all these, internet and the other information technologies are necessary in every part of life and also organizations. However, when the internet can be used for without basic aims in organizations, it can cause bad results.This research aims that research if the employees use information technologies for basic aims or not, explain that what for the employees use internet in organizations and study on information technologies-motivation connection in organizations.
