The relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance: Non-governmental organizations case

The aim of this research, called ?The Relationship Between Knowledge Management and Organizational Performance: Non-Governmental Organizations Case?, is to determine the relationship between knowledge management implementations and organizational performance. Within the scope of the research, an answer is sought for the questions like what is knowledge management, what are the factors of the knowledge management in organizations, what relationships between implementation of knowledge management cause and organizational performance exists.The theoretical part of the research is formulated by using local and foreign literature and references. Regarding the study topic, the necessary books and the articles were studied by making a literature review. At the implementation part, a field study is conducted for measuring the relationship between knowledge management implementations and organizational performance. A questionnaire study is conducted on Non-Governmental Organizations and by studying Non-Governmental Organizations, changes on the performance of organizations that implement knowledge management in are evaluated.The research consists of three parts, excluding the introduction and conclusion parts. At the first part, some information was given on concept of knowledge, organizational knowledge and knowledge management plots were analysed and knowledge management in Non-Governmental Organizations was told. At the second part, the relationship between the factors of the knowledge management and organizational performance was analyzed in detail. At the third and the last part of the study, the questionnaire that has been conducted on Non-Governmental Organizations and its evidences are told.
