Knowledge management on process in organizations as a dynamic, identify the efficiency of organizational intelligence and empirical study on the relationship between them

Just as every individual have intelligence, Organizations have intelligence. This intelligence has been named Organizational Intelligence (OI). OI has inspired from the emotional intelligence and multiple intelligence theories and it is multi-dimentional. OI has 7 accepted dimentions. The aim of this study is to prove that there is a relationship between OI with its multi-dimentions and KM with its processes, and improve the awareness of OI. Furthermore; it has questioned wheather demographical factors are any effects on OI with its multi-dimentions and/or KM with its processes. In this study, two scales are used in order to estimate KM performance and level of OI. These scales are KM Performance Scale which was developed by Çetinkaya, and Level of OI Scale which was developed by Ekici et al. SPSS 15.0 program has been used for analyze data and AMOS 24.0 program has been used for create model. Fistly, validity and reliability of scales have been done successfully. Then, to determine the dimentions factor analysis has been done. In order to see statistical information, descriptive statistics such as frequencies, explore and crosstabs have been used. In order to discover the relationship between OI with its multi-dimentions and KM with its processes, Linear Regression and Bivariate correlation analyzes have been used. Furthermore; To reveal if demographical factors are any effect on OI with its multi-dimentions and/or KM with its processes One Sample T-Test and One Way Anova. After analyes, it is proved that there is a relationship between OI and KM. Keywords: Organizational Intelligence, Knowledge Management.
