Abstract (EN)

Today's organizations are in need of more and more transformational leaders in the intense competitive environment they are in because of globalization. The transformational leaders that employees regard as role models are always leaders open to development, innovation and collaboration. These leaders are leaders who influence both intra-organizational and non-organizational factors. At the same time, it has a high influence on the attitudes and behaviors of the transformational leaders. Today, organizations must exhibit extra positive social behaviors of the employees in addition to their stylistic role behaviors in order to achieve success. The contribution of the transformational leaders in the development of in-role and out-of-role prosocial behaviors those are unrequited, without any expectation of interest. In this study, it was studied that how the employees were influenced by transformational leaders in displaying prosocial behaviors, notably in the marble and cement sectors on the axis of attitudes and behaviors exhibited by transformational leaders in organizations operating in the heavy and hazardous business lines. In addition, the demographic characteristics of the employees were also investigated for their effects on prosocial behaviors.
