Abstract (EN)
This doctoral thesis narrowed down from the organizational level to employee level and investigated the effect of Ethical Culture on Employee Voice through Organizational Identification and Psychological Capital. Therefore, the dissertation examines the model, which has not found much research field in Turkey, with its behavioral and psychological aspects. The dissertation also investigated whether the employees differ in terms of the features about themselves, their positions, and their demographic features in the context of variables. The research was carried out with 419 employees of pharmaceutical companies that are the members of the Turkish Ethics and Reputation Society. The data collected in the study showed the partial mediating effect of Organizational Identification on the effect of the Ethical Culture variable on the Employee Voice dependent variable. The mediating effect of Psychological Capital was also found to be partial on the effect of the Ethical Culture variable on the Employee Voice dependent variable. Also, significant relationships were found between Ethical Culture, Organizational Identification, Psychological Capital, and Employee Voice and the demographic characteristics of the employees about themselves, their positions, and their demographic characteristics.
