Abstract (EN)
Employees are of vital importance in terms of businesses as long as the place of business is important in the lives of employees. Employees are the most important asset that affects the existence, success and future of an enterprise. Employee performance, which is directly related to the production performance of the business, can be seen as a link between the employee and the organization. This bond has a great influence on the employee's sequel. This effect leads to the performance of the employee and hence the performance of the company. Do I take my right? The question is the basic approach of the expectation of justice, and the quest for justice and the expectation is an important concept in all aspects of life. In this study, the dimensions of organizational justice were examined in detail and tried to explain the effect of justice on work and organization life. In the study, it was investigated whether the organizational justice is an important factor for the performance of the employees and the productivity of the organizations by defining the perceptions of the organizational justice against the attitudes and social relations of the working environment. Kayseri Sugar Factory A.Ş. (n = 178) working in the production and administrative departments of the firm. The perceptions of organizational justice and the performance effects of the employees were evaluated. In the first part, the concept of organizational justice and its place in society are examined. In the second part, the concept of organizational justice, dimensions and types of justice in organizations are given. In the third chapter, brief information is given about other studies on organizational justice. In the last part, after the methodology of the study was given, a questionnaire study was conducted to the employees of Kayseri Sugar Factory to complete the application part of the research and the results were evaluated.
