Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a mediating effect of ethical climate in the relationship between organizational justice and work stress. In order to achieve this goal, a survey-based field survey was conducted on 384 employees selected from among the employees of a private factory operating in Hatay according to a simple random sampling method. After conducting the necessary analysis, it was concluded that there is a negative relationship between organizational justice and work stress, but that ethical climate does not play a mediating role in this relationship. In addition, gender, position and educational status from control variables were found to have a significant effect on work stress.
