Abstract (EN)
Today, the world is changing rapidly, technology is developing and social life is changing. As a result, businesses are greatly affected by these changes. One of the main purposes of businesses is to keep up with the new age. In this context, managers and business owners play major roles. It is difficult for businesses and employees to follow the developments and changes in their environment and adapt to them, so it requires a lot of effort. From this point of view, concepts such as organizational justice and motivation, which had an important place in the previous periods in the literature, was prioritized in this study. Within the framework of this study, the effect of organizational justice on motivation was explained by revealing its all dimensions. To what extent the institutions in trade business provide organizational justice and how much the organizational justice affects their employees in terms of motivation were investigated. The aim of the study is to determine the effects of the organizational justice perceptions of the Turkey Trade Registry of Commerce employees on their motivation. While the research population consists of 238 Registration Directorates of Turkey in 81 provinces, the samples are gathered from 208 employees out of a total of 458 employees working within the directorate by convenience sampling method. In the study, the direction and size of the relationship between two variables (Organizational Justice and Motivation) were tried to be determined. With the SPSS 22.0 statistics program, the data were evaluated and the results were interpreted. Validity and Reliability, Factor Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, T test, ANOVA and Correlation tests were applied. In line with the research results; A positive and significant relationship was found between the independent variable, Organizational Justice, and the dependent variable Motivation at the rate of 75.5%. In addition, a positive and significant relationship was found between the organizational justice factor sub-dimensions and the sub-dimensions of motivation factors.
