Abstract (EN)

With the increase in industrialization and technological activity, the diversity of the ongoing events in the business life and the intensification of competition have made it inevitable to work together in a stressful manner when there is intense work tempo. These rapid changes in working life seem to be intensely stressed by employees. The stress on the menu is impressive directly from the social, family and business life. This impressive person loses his health and becomes inefficient in business. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of organizational justice on organizational stress. The study was conducted with the participation of individuals in a seafood processing factory in Samsun. According to the findings obtained in the study; It was concluded that organizational justice elements affect some organizational stress elements. It was found that procedural justice and interactive justice affect the stress caused by the workload and interactive justice has a significant effect on skill use. Contrary to what was expected in the research, no effect of distributional justice on organizational stress could be identified.
