In the study, the data gathered from 125 people through a questionnaire were analysed by correlation and regression methods using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that organizational justice in general and its sub-dimension procedural justice have a significant and positive impact on organizational trust generally. However, distributive justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice haven't a significant effect. The results also revealed that procedural justice and interpersonal justice have a positive and significant impact on affective trust, whereas distributive and informational justice have no significant impact. On the other hand, the results of the research revealed that the sub-dimensions of organizational justice haven't a significant impact on the intended behaviour dimension of organizational trust. According to this result, if organizational justice is provided, the trust of the employees towards the organization will increase. According to this result, it is recommended to practitioners that they should provide organizational justice to increase the trust of the employees towards the organization.
