Abstract (EN)

People want to be rewarded for their efforts to achieve the purpose of the organization they adhere to. At the same time they want what they deserved to be distributed equally and fairly. This situation, which is called organizational justice, is important in terms of ensuring and increasing the motivation of employees in organizations. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee motivation. In this context, the research was conducted with 110 employees of an entreprise operating in Kayseri. According to the results of the analyzes made for the testing of the hypotheses, organizational justice has a significant effect on employee motivation. In addition, distribution justice and intractional justice, which are sub-dimensions, have a significant effect on employee motivation.
