Abstract (EN)

In this study the relationhip between organizational injustice perception, employees' negative affectivity, percieved organizational culture and counterproductive work behavior are examined. Surveys have been used as the data collection method fort his study. The data obtained from 159 employees from a company in port management sector in İstanbul. Within the scope of relational model, relationships' interpretations between the variables have been realized by correlation and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analyses made; it has been found that there is statistically significant relationship between counterproductive work behaviours and interactional justice and there are partially significant relationships between counterproductive work behaviours and employees' negative affectivity, organizational culture and organizational injustice perception.
