The effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance: The case of Kastamonu Social Security Institution

Especially in social sciences field, organizational commitment has become very an important consept. It has been affective on revealed results on personnel in private sector and public sector. Topic of this studying has constituted effect on organizational performance of organizational commitment. At first part of studying, organizational commitment has been handled in a cognitive and hypothetic framework. At third part, ıt has been searched effect on organizational performance of organizational commitment. At this studying, it has been aimed to measure effect on organizational performance of organizational commitment levels of personnel in Kastamonu Provincial Directorate of Social Security Institution. The searching has been realised on a seventy five person sample in Kastamonu Provincial Directorate of Social Security Institution. Questionnaire technique has been implemented in one on one interview technique as data acquisition method. It has been done descriptive statistical calculation for indepented variable at analysis stage of searching. Data collected has been analysed with the SPSS 23.0 packaged software. As a result of this analysis and evaluation, it has been founded relation between organizational commitment and organizational performance. It hasn't been founded positive relation between organizational commitment and factor in demographical social characteristic.
