Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship among organizatioanal commitment, organizational justice and life satisfaction which have key positions in the organizational behaviour literature. Also whether the dimensions of organizational commitment, organizational justice and life satisfaction differs according to demographic features has been searched in the study. The study has been carried out in Giresun Municipality and has been reached to 122 employees. The questionnaire form comprised of four part has used in study as a data collection tool. There is a personal information form in the first part of the questionnaire form, a organizational commitment scale in the second part, a organizational justice scale in the third part and a life satisfaction scale in the final part. Datas gathered with the questionnaire form has been analysed in SPSS 17.0 istatistic packet programme and the finding gathered has been submitted.
