Management of organizational change and an application on ceramic industry

Organizational change management and Application at ceramics Enterprise. In these kind of studies, change and its problems at organizations has been dealt within an applicative way and a relation between the results has been compared. At the theoretical party of the study, the problems caused by changes and, the techniques to be used in change management are dealt with. The application part includes the managers and the workers in the ceramics sector. The research means the managers `and workers? states before the change and after the change at the enterprise. Questionnaires to 11 managers and 36 workers have been delivered. In the application part, the evaluation of the results of the questionnaire took place.
