The relationship between organizational democracy and school climate

The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the organizational democracy perceptions of teachers working at preschool, primary school, secondary and high school levels and their perceptions of school climate, and the differentiation of these perception levels according to socio-demographic variables. While the population of this research, designed in the relational screening model, consists of teachers working in public schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in the 2023-2024 academic year, the sample of the research consists of 364 teachers working at the preschool, primary school, secondary and high school levels selected by the convenient sampling method. "Organizational Democracy Scale" and "Revised School Climate Scale" were used as data collection tools in the research.
