Organizational ostracism can be defined as the intentional exclusion, ignoring, or deprivation of social interactions of individuals in the workplace. This type of exclusion can have serious negative effects on employees' psychological and emotional health, which can directly impact their job performance and intention to leave. The aim of the study is to determine the effects of organizational ostracism on job performance and turnover intention. In this context, a survey was conducted with the participation of 388 employees of a company operating in Kayseri and the data were analyzed. According to the research results, organizational ostracism has a significant effect on job performance and turnover intention. Key Words: Organizational Ostracism, Job Performance, Turnover Intention.
