Özet (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of hotel employees' organizational exclusion perceptions of organizational exclusion on their intention to leave the work place. Data was collected through the surveys for the realization of the purpose of the this research. The research population of the study consists of employees of the five- star hotels' employees in Afyonkarahisar city center and Sandıklı district. The research was carried out by sampling through the population and 667 eligible employee questionnaires were analysed. In the analysis of the data, percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, factor and reliability analysis, t test, variance (ANOVA), correlation and simple linear regression analysis methods were used and the collected data was interpreted in parallel to the purpose of the research. According to the findings, the surveyed hotel employees' perceptions on both organizational exclusion and turnover intentions to leave the work are low, and the opinions of employees on organizational exclusion and intentions to leave work show significant differences according to some individual characteristics (length of work experience in the sector, in the hotel business and in the department they work at). Also, a significant relationship has been observed between the surveyed hotel employees' perceptions on organizational ostracism and the intention to leave the work, and according to the results of the regression analysis it was determined that employees' organizational exclusion perceptions affect their intention to leave work. These findings obtained from the research were evaluated and interpreted and suggestions were made to the interested parties.
