Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between organizationaltrust and organizational citizenship behaviour in elementary schools according to theopinions of elementary school teachers.The scales used in the research are `Organizational Citizenship Behaviournstrument? developed by Advisor Assistant Proffessor Cemil Yücel, and `The OmnibusT-Scale? developed by Wayne K. Hoy ve Megan Tschannen Moran(2003).Frequency, percent, mean, standart deviation, factor, reliability, correlation,regression analyses were used. It was found that; organizational trust has an effect onorganizational citizenship behaviour, and most of the dimensions of trust has an effecton the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviour. Teachers having trustingschool athmosphere tend to display organizational citizenship behaviour. The mosteffective variable on organizational citizenship behaviour is the lenght of service atschools teachers work.Key Words: Organizational Trust, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, ElementarySchools
