Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to examine the impact of organizational communication satisfaction on job satisfaction among employees working in university hospitals. The research was carried out with 193 healthcare and administrative staff members employed in university hospitals in Turkey. As data collection tools, the Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) and the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) were used. Based on the hypotheses tested through Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis, a positive and significant relationship was found between overall communication satisfaction and job satisfaction (r = .62, p < .01). Additionally, dimensions such as communication climate, communication with supervisors, communication with coworkers, organizational integration, and personal feedback each showed a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that the dimensions of organizational communication explained 48% of the variance in job satisfaction (R² = .48, F = 34.56, p < .001), with communication with coworkers (β = .28, p < .001) and communication climate (β = .24, p = .002) being identified as the most influential factors. These findings indicate that improving communication processes in university hospitals plays a critical role in enhancing employee satisfaction.
