Investigation of the effects of organizational communication organizational culture: Shopping centers working on a private security officers occasi̇onal up

The increase of the means of communication, the development of technology, many factors such as globalization, more serious competition between businesses and with the protection of company assets reveals the requirements to create different strategies. Outside of the organization to maintain their existence in the industry, they have to clarify the organizational culture in order to be one of the best. This is only possible with an awareness of organizational communication. In this study, it was aimed to examine the communication between them. For this purpose, working in shopping malls in Istanbul on the European side a study was conducted on 286 security guards. Organizational communication and organizational culture scale was applied to the security guard. The data obtained were analyzed with the statistical program. Descriptive statistics in the study, t-test, ANOVA test, correlation and regression analysis were used. According to the findings it was found that there is a relationship between organizational communication and organizational culture. Organizational communication support, task, and overall organizational culture affects the bureaucratic culture. After the shopping center managers are advised to research the work to strengthen the organizational communication. Do similar research on other institutions outside the mall security guards are recommended for further research. Keywords: Organizational communication, organizational culture, communication.
