Abstract (EN)

This study aims to investigate whether knowledge management and creativity have a mediating and moderating effect in the relationship between organizational learning and innovation. In this context, the research consists of six sections. In the first section, the problem, purpose, importance, assumptions and limitations of the research are given. In the second section, a conceptual framework related to the main concepts of the research was created. In the third section, theoretical explanations and studies examining the relations between variables are given and hypotheses are formed. The method of the research is explained in the fourth section and the findings of the research are explained in the fifth section. Finally, in the sixth section, the result of the research was evaluated; Suggestions were made to managers and researchers. The research was carried out in three enterprises affiliated to a mining and chemical company operating in Turkiye. The sample consists of 649 participants working as engineers, civil servants and workers. In order to obtain data from the sample, a questionnaire was applied to the participants by using the easy sampling method. The collected data were analyzed through IBM SPSS 25.0 and SPSS AMOS 23.0 programs. According to the results obtained from the research, it has been determined that knowledge management and creativity have both partially mediator and positively moderator effect on the relationship between organizational learning and innovativeness.
