Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational learning on sustainable performance. The universe of the research consists of personnel working in the meter reading and meter replacement unit of a private electricity company located in Elazığ, Bingöl, Tunceli and Malatya provinces. In the research, survey technique was used as a data collection tool. 258 questionnaires were collected from 285 employees and analysis was conducted. 39-question organizational learning scale and 10-question sustainable performance scale were used in the research. SPSS 26.00 program was used in the analysis of the data. According to the results obtained, it was determined that there was a significant positive relationship between organizational learning and sustainable performance.
