An Emprical research on the effect of organizational identification on organizational justice and organizational silence

The main objective of today's businesses which wishing to benefit at the maximum level from the power of people that is the most important competitive factors have employees who exhibit behavior beneficial to the organization. Individuals of high levels of organizational justice perception, organizational identification and low level of organizational silence are among the factors that will ensure the success of the organization. This research determines that an individual's organizational identification what level affect the degree of organizational justice perception and organizational silence behavior. The research was realized with the participation of 213 employees working in two five-star hotels which is engaged in Afyonkarahisar. In this Research, relations and interactions between variables are tested by correlation analysis and structural regression model which is established in YEM. Verified regression models were established by result of the analysis and was found to be significant relationships between variables. A positive and significant effect of organizational identification has been determined on dimensions of organizational justice of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice by the first regression model established. The second regression model demostrates that organizational identification affects positively and meaningfully acquiescence and defensive silence, negatively and meaningfully pro-social silence.
