The impact on organization of organizational socialization: The example of Si̇mav District Governorship

In today's world where the customer satisfaction that increased competition is important, all the sectors are working hard in order to sustain the tradition and stability of the organization. Determining the common goals of the employees, working diligently at reaching these goals, has important consequences for both the organization and the individual. In short, the concept of socialization, which we describe as the adaptation of the individual, is of importance in this respect. Socialization; It is important for the individual to contribute to organizational productivity and continuity as well as for the individual to adapt to the organization, to embrace organizational culture, to be satisfied with his work and to be dependent on his work. In this study, the importance of organizational socialization was evaluated in terms of organizational commitment. For this purpose, concepts of organizational socialization and organizational commitment have been examined separately from the theoretical point of view. A field survey has been conducted in order to reveal the extent of the relationship between these concepts and the degree of this relationship.
