Organizational stress management and a survey

In the era we live, many technological, economical, social, cultural developments have been taken place. These innovations are developed so fast that people face some difficulties in adaptation to the changes. While these developments and changes are utilizing to mankind in many ways, these also make our life complex as well. The complexity and speed of life raise difficulties on human life. These compulsion and strain are indicated as stress.Nowadays, many factors such as dangers and disputes confronting with in their daily life and at work, obscurity in the roles, heavy responsibilities, heritage, the problems about places, promotion, load of heavy work, absence of labour safety, time poverty, and flurry of finishing work, working in a shift, low salary, bureaucratic difficulties getting ill of our favourite relatives, examinations, disasters, a new baby to a family, fear of not finishing our work on time and economical troubles by people who need to work for surviving, cause stress. The stress affects people physically, emotionally, mentally, economically and socially in behaviours. Because of this, we should learn the healthy struggle methods against the stress which affects our life in different ways.This study aims to identify, describe, and understand the organizational stress sources of textile sector managers and workers. For this purpose, the researcher surveyed the managers and workers of the 1st Organized Industrial Estate Region in Ankara. In this study, organization stress sources of the managers and workers in the textile sector were investigated.
