Numerous studies have shown that employees require peaceful, competent at what he does, clear duties and responsibilities and motivating environment to show high performance in work. Work motivation is the most important factor affecting performance degradation. Working motivation may fall due to several reasons, one of the most important factor is stress level in workplace. Relationship between organizational stress and work motivation has been reviewed on this study. Scales on data collection has been applied to 252 employees in total. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS program. According to results on this research it has been determined that reasons such as having kids, working in the workplace by their own will or not is affecting their working motivation and stress levels significantly. At the same time relationship between stress level and motivation level has been investigated. There cannot be found significant level of adverse effects between stress level and exterior motivation nor evidence that are supporting other hypotheses due to hitches between colleagues.
