Abstract (EN)

Human beings have been living together for ages moving under different organizational patterns. Family which is the most basic institutes of the society is also the most vital concept of these organizations. A person who is the member of this basic organization shows himself in the construction of societies by completing his personal, physical and spiritual evaluation. That is why, family is an essential institute for the future of the societies.Health which is one of the aspects of prosperity of the societies is also the most basic civil right. Societies try to improve healthcare as a necessity of social state. Family medicine is one of the most important improvements i n order to attain wealth by improving healthcare .Family medicine consider the individual and family together, so this attitude is so effective.İn this study Organizational Citizenship Behavior has been examined so that family doctors can be more effective on the improvement of healthcare. By using this analyze it is believed that family doctors who deal with organizational citizenship behavior can improve the health of the individuals, families and societies.Family doctors? behaviors, altruism, sportsmanship, conscientious, courtesy and civil virtue have been evaluated by means of organizational citizenship in this research. Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale was applied to 88 Family Medicine in Uşak. Findings are included in Results part.
