Abstract (EN)

Since the subject of management, especially new forms of management, is an increasingly important concept, holacracy model, which is a new management model applied in the world, is mentioned in the first part. On the second part of this model it is mentioned in the examples and application forms from the world and close working with a model system to holacracy company in Turkey described the concept by establishing links with different management concepts and interdisciplinary were examined. This research was analyzed with solution suggestions obtained from 40 different enterprises and 60 different manager and employees. In IBM's SPSS Statistics 22 program, averages of variables were sometimes announced. Factor analysis, correlation analysis and Kruskal-Wallis analysis were performed. The study is both qualitative and quantitative in terms of open-ended questions and likert-type scales. According to the findings of the analyzes, there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the level of holacracy and creativity in the enterprises, there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the level of organizational motivation and the level of organizational motivation. There was a positive relationship. Except this; There is no difference between sectors in terms of creativity level in enterprises, there is no difference between sectors in terms of holacrasia level in enterprises, there is no difference between sectors in terms of motivation level in enterprises, the level of creativity of employees does not differ according to the age of employees, the level of motivation of employees does not differ according to the age of employees, It is concluded that the level of motivation of the employees does not differ according to the level of education of the employees. The literature of this study, which was prepared in the field of Management and Organization, facilitates portability.
