Abstract (EN)

Research aims to reveal the relationship between the perceptions of the quality of work life and the organizational commitment of the teachers working in official secondary schools in the city center of Kırşehir. In this study; in order to collect data about the teachers' work life quality perceptions, 'Work Quality Scale' developed by Erdem (2008) and to collect data on organizational commitment dimensions 'Organizational Commitment Scale' developed by Balay (2000) were used. In this study; 311 teachers among 682 teachers working in 19 secondary schools in the city center of Kırşehir provided the data in 2018-2019 academic year. Static analysis of the data was done with SPSS software. First of all, data were analyzed on the data and new data were assigned to the missing data which were found to contain no pattern. Then, according to the results of normality analysis, appropriate tests were selected for the analyzes. In this study, frequency, mean and standard deviation for the descriptive analysis of the data, t test for the comparison of binary variables, ANOVA for comparing the variables composed of three and more groups, and Pearson correlation test were used to examine the relationship of scale scores. Post Hoc analyzes were performed to compare the subgroups of variables with statistically signifit ANOVA results and Tukey test results were evaluated.
