Social media usage level, socialization level and internet usage duration do not show a significant difference due to internet presence at home, there is no significant difference in socialization level depending on the school type variable, but there is a significant difference between science high school students and vocational high school students in social media usage level. a difference has been observed. Again, in terms of internet usage, it was determined that Anatolian high school students spent a lot of time between the students of anatolian high schools and vocational high schools. It was observed that the level of social media usage and socialization level did not differ significantly according to the income level, however, there was an increase in the duration of internet usage among the students of families with high income levels. Although the level of social media usage and socialization level depending on the mother's education level do not show a significant difference, it is seen that the students of high school graduates stay on the internet more than the illiterate students in terms of internet usage time. There is no significant difference in the education status of the father. Participants who use the internet for e-mail and chat purposes have longer internet usage time. It is seen that students who connect to the Internet with their mobile phones have higher social media usage levels. It was concluded that students who connect to the Internet from Internet cafes and schools spend more time on the Internet than those who connect from other channels. It is observed that as the duration of Internet use increases, the level of socialization decreases, and as the level of social media use increases, the level of socialization decreases.
