In the context of secondary school of the 7. grade science course ,the effect of academic success and atti̇tude of groups whi̇ch created by teachers and students about force and energy

The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of academic and student achievement on groups of teachers and students on Science and Technology Class, Middle School 7th grade "Force and Energy".Academic achievement test and semi-structured interview were conducted for the students with the semi-experimental method. The study was conducted by 7th grade students who were studying in two separate classes in the Academic year of 2015-2016. This study was carried out with 34 students. Four groups were selected to conduct the survey. Of these groups, 4 groups were determined as control group, 4 groups were determined as the experimental group. Experimental and control groups were formed as two separate classes. 'Force and Energy Achievement Test' was used as a data collection tool with the pre-test and post-test approach in order to determine the academic success of the groups formed by teachers and students on 'Force and Energy'. Semi-structured interview form, which was developed by the researcher, was applied to 10 students. The interview was conducted in order to determine the problems and feelings of the students while discussing "Force and Energy". According to the findings obtained from the study, there was no significant difference in terms of academic achievement between the different groups formed by the teacher and the student on "Force and Energy". Arithmetic mean differences were found among the groups of which were formed. According to the semi-structured interview results obtained from the students, it is seen that the students are lacking unity and cohesion among the individuals constituting the groups in this study and that the students want to create their own groups as well as the selection of the teachers while the groups are being created and the improvement of the information sharing without this group, mostly they enjoyed without work and that they wanted such different applications to be done in the next year and the result that students who participated in the interview were mistaken especially in the selection of the students.
