Abstract (EN)

Since 2013, Law and Justice courses have been added to the elective pool of social sciences in secondary schools. This course, which has been chosen by 100.000 students in the years, is very important in terms of in-depth learning of the concepts related to Law and Justice, professional members working in the field of law and legal institutions. Especially teaching in relation to daily life increases its effect in terms of application dimension. Whether the course of the implementation of the curriculum of the Law and Justice course, such as the additional course in the curriculum, achieves the objectives of the course, it should be determined by field studies. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the opinions of the students who choose the course and the teachers who give the course about the application of Law and Justice course. For this purpose, it has been designed with a mixed method that combines qualitative and quantitative research methods. The design of the research is descriptive scanning method.
