Examination of the hourly change of the compliance of outdoor weather conditions with comfort conditions for Osmaniye center

A certain level of comfort must be provided in order for the physical and mental performance of people to be at the desired level and for individuals to feel comfortable in their places. Variables that determine the thermal comfort of individuals in their places; It depends on many parameters such as air temperature, air velocity, relative humidity, activity level of the individual and clothing. In this study, the compatibility of the outdoor conditions of Osmaniye with thermal comfort conditions was examined on an hourly basis. Compliance of outdoor conditions with thermal comfort conditions has been determined according to ASHRAE standards. In determining the comfort conditions, the 5-year temperature and relative humidity values obtained from the General Directorate of Meteorology for Osmaniye were used. According to the results, it can be said that the outdoor conditions in Osmaniye are far from the comfort conditions for January, February and March, the months of April, May and June are generally suitable for comfort conditions and the other months are far from the comfort conditions.
