Abstract (EN)
In this work to be a strong alternative to the problems of titanium and titanium alloy coatings; In addition to wound healing, bone tissue formation, titanium implants with increased antibacterial and osseointegration properties were obtained, which could have a widespread and effective use in the biomedical product sector. First of all, nano hydroxyapatite (nHA) structures were grown on titanium surfaces, sol-gel and layer-layer "lbl" techniques were used to obtain these structures. Chondroitin sulfate produced from E. coli K4 strain was added to these porous structures. The surface and morphological properties of these coatings were measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM), liquid contact angle measurements and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Chemical content was determined using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and energy dispersive x-ray analysis (EDX) method. Morphological characterizations of the surfaces obtained were determined by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Chemical content analyzes were carried out using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction method (XRD). Broth microdilution and MTT methods, which are widely used, respectively, were used to determine antibacterial and biocompatibility. The osseoentegtation properties of the implant were performed by an in vivo experimental animal study. With the histo-pathological evaluation of the study results, the compatibility of the produced biomaterial with living tissue was evaluated. According to the evaluation results, the implant surface coating product designed as a result of the project; It is obvious that it will show a widespread use potential in orthopedic and dental implant surface coatings that contribute to patient well-being by improving antibacterial, biocompatible osseointegration.
