When the results of psychological violence in working environments are evaluated in terms of employees, it also brings with it negative effects such as social, organizational and individual. Today, regardless of the sector, it is observed that there is intense psychological violence in workplaces. It has an important role in the occurrence of anxiety as a result of mobbing applied in work environments. The fact that hotel businesses are generally seasonal service areas, human relations and labor are intense, and that they have an intense working tempo due to the fact that they are a system that is constantly served can make employees more stressed and prone to violence. Limiting the study to 4 and 5 star hotels is the assumption that they have a more institutional structure. In line with the perceptions of the concept of mobbing, the relationship between mobbing and anxiety level on employees in hotel enterprises, the relationship between mobbing applied by managers or their supervisors or colleagues in 4 and 5 star hotels, and anxiety, and it is aimed to reveal whether there is a difference between female employees and male employees in these situations.
