Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the differences between workaholism and perceived stress in terms of X, Y and Z generations. In this context, a survey was carried out on the staff of 4 and 5 star international group hotels chain that are actively working in Istanbul. SPSS 25.0 software was used for the analysis of the data obtained with the participation of 304 individuals. Independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), factor, correlation, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the results of the study; it was found that there was a statistically significant and positive relationship between the workaholism levels of the participants and business stress. Similarly, it was also revealed that there was a statistically significant and positive relationship between working excessively and working compulsively subdimensions of workaholism level. According to these results, it can be debated that the participants who have higher workaholism, working excessively and working compulsively levels, also have higher business stress.
