Abstract (EN)

The primary aim of this study is to determine possible effects of organizational support perceived by hotel staff and their fit to organization level on service performance. In the study, questionnaire forms were used to gather necessary data within the context of quantitative research method. Data was collected from 400 participants who are working four or five-star hotels operating in Ankara, from February to May 2018. Descriptive analyses were performed with frequency and percentage techniques, mean and standard deviation, and then validity (factor analysis) and reliability analysis were performed. On going process of data analysis correlation analysis to regression analysis were performed to measure any possible relations among three construct and to observe any significant effects of organizational support and fit to organization on service performance that perceived by hotel staff. Results of correlation analysis reveal that medium-high relations exist among perceived organizational support, fit to organization and perceived service performance. Also, perceived organizational support and fit to organization of hotel staff significantly affect service performance due to regression analysis results.
