Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of applications carried out in the scope of job - employee health and safety in hotels on the trust of employees in their organizations and their intention to leave job. In the research, firstly, a search of national and foreign literature about the concepts constituting the variables of the research was performed and the theoretical framework was put forward. Later on, the opinions of hotel businessmen were obtained by using questionnaire technique. The population of the study is constituted of employees working in seven (7) five star hotels in Afyonkarahisar province. And a total of 515 employees surveys were taken into consideration. Participants' responses regarding the survey have been resolved by methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, percentage, frequency and arithmetic mean values, t test, ANOVA (variance analysis), correlation analysis and regression analysis. According to the findings, it was determined that the perception of the employees regarding the job - employee health and safety applications and their trust in the organization were high in general and their intention leave work was low. Furthermore, it was concluded as a result of the analyzes carried out that while job-employee health and safety practices have an impact on the employee's organizational trust, it has no influence on the intention of the employee to leave work.
