Customer satisfaction in labour-intensive hotel enterprises largely depends on service performance of hotel staff. Thus, the value given to employees in hotel enterprises is one of the basic elements of success. Therefore, to ensure desired quality on customer satisfaction, labour rights need to be improved by keeping the employees' trust to the organization high. Delivering a quality service is an antecedent of competitive advantage for hotel enterprises. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of labour rights given by hotel enterprises on the perception of organizational trust climate. Within this context, the study was conducted on 400 participants who were working in 5 star hotels in Kuşadası, the district of Aydın, in the period of March-April 2019. In the study, survey technique was used to obtain quantitative data. Descriptive statistics (percentage and frequency, mean and standard deviation) and correlation tests (Correlation and Regression) were performed to analyse obtained data. As a result, it was concluded that labour rights given in hotel enterprises positively affect the perceptions of organizational trust climate. Furthermore, labour rights about legal, union and career development are the main factors on this effect. Keywords: Labour Rights, Organizational Trust Climate, Hotel Enterprises.
