Abstract (EN)

In this study, in terms of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, literature part is discussed widely to both gain a leading character for people who will make research in the future and to form a sound basis on appliance part. The impact of perceptions of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior is examined to cast previous studies? results and to implicate sub dimensions of this two concept, furthermore; relations between two concept reach a widely analysis opportunity with implicated demographic variables as age, gender, worked department and vocational training level.In the first part, in accordance with the objects declared above, organizational justice is examined widely given way to related theory, sub dimensions and some related models.In the second part, the concept of organizational citizenship behavior is examined given way to conceptual development, alike characteristic behaviors and several researcher?s determined sub dimensions.In the third part, the relation between organizational justice and organiational citizenship behavior is mentioned and referred to previous studies.In the fourth part, the composed hypotheses to cast literature research is discussed using SPSS 11.5 for Windows in the eyes of data collected from the employees who work in the 4 and 5 star thermal hotels in Afyonkarahisar city center. In this context, some informations are given relating to demographic variables, Pearson Correlations are applied on the relations between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, a multivariate regression analysis is applied for which sub dimensions of organizational justice are affected much more on organizational citizenship behavior. According to the carried datas which distributional, procedural and interactional justice are independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior is dependent variable, the affect of interactional justice is more than the affects of distributional and procedural justice on organizatioanal citizenship behavior. Finally; in terms of correlated concepts, Independent Samples t- Test and One Way ANOVA are applied concerning whether there is some differences between various groups or not and in this context, explanations and suggestions are made.
