Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of employees' perception of organizational justice on organizational trust and organizational identity in hotel managements. Examples of the study included the employees of 4 and 5 stars hotels in Istanbul in 2019. In this context, a total of 400 surveys were conducted and statistical analyzes were conducted and results were reached. In this study, correlation analysis was conducted in order to determine the relationship between employees' perception of organizational justice and organizational identity and organizational trust. In order to determine the effect of the variables on each other, regression analysis and factor analysis were performed to obtain different dimensions of the variables and to make them meaningful by making them independent from each other. As a result of the analysis; correlation analysis showed a positive linear relationship between organizational justice and organizational trust and organizational identity, while regression analysis showed a significant effect between organizational justice and organizational trust and organizational identity.
