Abstract (EN)

3 dimensional production technology is a technology that produces 3 dimensional objects level by level without using formworks either after scanning a real object or a body created as a model. Automatic construction production is the application of this technique to the construction industry. The most important advantages of this technology are capability of using a great variety of materials, making production automatically, decrease in numbers of workers and so decrease in faults and security issues, making fast production without using mould. In this study, low-cost materials to use in this aforesaid implemetation are investigated. These materials were defined as sand, diatomite, cement, ground blast furnace slag, cellulose, polypropylene fiber. After several evaluations, five suitable concrete mortar mixtures were determined to use with these defined materials in this technology. Mix ratio for these mortar mixtures were determined, their workability were monitored, and additionally density, slump, compression strength and tensile strength tests are executed. Afterwards with a prepared prototype device, practicality of these mixtures. It is hope that, with the studies performed in the future, these mixtures will be improved and they will give way to important improvements to the construction industry.
