Otomotiv sektöründe çevik-sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımı ile tedarikçi seçimi

Supplier selection is very important in a competitive market. Determination of supplier selection criteria is as critical as supplier selection. In order to manage this critical process and to find the right supplier, companies have sought different methods than traditional methods. In recent years, the concept of sustainability has come to the fore in the environmental and social policies implemented by countries. In addition, the agile concept is also taken into account in order to keep up with the dynamics in the market. In the literature, there are many studies on sustainable supplier selection or agile supplier selection. However, as far as we know, the study that took into account the agile-sustainable dimensions and selected suppliers was ignored. In this study, a supplier selection was made in an automotive company considering its agile-sustainable dimensions. For this purpose, Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Similarity to Ideal Solution and Sequence Preference Technique (TOPSIS) methods were used. In the study, 8 main criteria, 18 sub-criteria and 3 alternatives were determined. The weights of the criteria are weighted by the DEMATEL method. The ranking of the alternatives was made using the TOPSIS method and the most suitable alternative was determined. Keywords: Agile, Sustainable, Supplier Selection, Automotive Industry
