Abstract (EN)

Emphasis on urban and intercity rail systems to decrease traffic congestion and air pollution caused by road vehicles in cities in our country which increased traffic density in line with population density, It is also important for railway transportation to be reliable as well as its being economic and fast. Conducted studies on signalization and electrification for the security of the railway are not influential on the detection of faults which will be able to be determined especially with observational controls. Therefore this duty is done by control officer within a particular program. In this study; an unmanned aircraft vehicle for civil uses has been developed for being used in ongoing railway security studies in less time, with less cost and more secure in order to ensure in our country. With this developed unmanned aircraft vehicle; necessary data have been taken by performing check flights in the region determined in the study of railway safety control. Necessary routine controls have been done accompanied by the experts observing with traditional methods in the check flight region thereby the applicability of unmanned aircraft vehicle have been performed by comparing potential problematic points with check flight data.
