To obtain the necessary personal data for the research "Personal Information Form", to measure job satisfaction level "Job Satisfaction Scale", to collect information about childhood traumas "Childhood Trauma Questionnaire" and to obtain information about self-efficacy level "Counseling Self-Efficacy Scale" was used. The data obtained were evaluated by using the lavaan package in R programming language by analyzing structural regressions and intermediation. According to the data obtained from the research; It was concluded that there was a significant positive relationship between the self-efficacy level and the level of professional satisfaction of the school psychological counselors. However, it was concluded that school psychological counsellors were not mediating role of Childhood Trauma sub-dimensions in terms of personal-social development, leadership-evaluation, professional-academic development, cooperation, cultural acceptance sub-dimensions of self-efficacy and eligibility, development opportunity sub-dimensions of professional satisfaction. In other words, there is no mediating role of childhood traumas in the significant relationship between self-efficacy and professional satisfaction level of school counselors. It is considered that studies related to childhood traumas are insufficient for the people who provide psychological assistance in our country, and thus increasing such studies will increase the quality of the aid service. In addition, it is thought that this study which we have done with the school counselors will contribute to the field of study comparatively with different professionals.
