Exami̇nation of opinion about the function of guidance teachers in private educational institutions

The purpose of this research was conducted to determine attitudes towards the function of guidance of educators working in private educational institutions. 49 item questionnaire prepared by private practitioners in the study was applied to 239 teachers. The population of the study, Istanbul province constitutes educators in 20 private educational institutions providing education in Anatolia and the European side. Data by examining their views on the function of guidance teachers in private educational institutions with a questionnaire prepared by the practitioners have tried to reveal positive and negative. This study describes the findings and almost every concept before moving on to some analysis. In the analysis of data; primarily descriptive statistics and cross tables for all independent variables as frequencies and percentages were used. Educators' views about the function of guidance teachers in private educational institutions about their opinions regarding the questions in the examination of Chi-Square Analysis of dependencies between variables in the results was tested statistically. In taking findings obtained in this study, some suggestions were made. Results of the study on the adequacy of the functions of guidance services in private educational institutions concluded that educators have a positive perception has been reached. When we look at the training of educators in the variable in the analysis of the results shows that 6 years and over age group of educators who participate in more than a distribution revealed that the trend.
