Financial problems of special education and rehabilitation centers: Middle Black Sea example

In this study, it is aimed to determine the general financial situations of special education and rehabilitation centers operating in the Central Black Sea Region. Determining the financial situation and problems have a great importance to reach the level that a business targets. For this purpose, 90 were reached and data was collected through surveys with 73 (69.52%) of them. Frequency analysis were made with the SPSS for the collected data, normality tests and chi-square tests were performed for the Likert part of the scale. As a result, it has been determined that the majority of institutions that were included in the study had financial problems, investment cuts and allowances are not sufficient, of the most important problems in the business process in the operational process were the lack of fund and student.
